"Just got home to see all the action. I have found the Studio Series to be great. I have two of the spinervals DVD's and never use them. I found that the Studio series helped with my cardio and endurance greatly, to the point where I'm lapping all my buddies. They have spurts of intervals in them and the graphical feedback/guidance is great. It has really helped with my cadence as well. I am actually ordering the next two this week.  I have upped my average ride by 10km and my average speed by about 8km/h since I started using it. Either way.....train how you must, but remember if it's not fun why the hell bother.   "
